RESEARCH

SOFRIA is permanently déveloping and adapting its products using modern production techniques to satisfy consumer tastes. If you want to make bread or other products to order, we can help you to make it succesfully, by creating the appropriate mix.
PRODUCTION

The production centre is equipped with specialised tools for the production of mixed flours, the improvers and additives for bread-making, all of which are designed specifically for bakers, confectioner's, the kitchen, ready-cooked meals and the food processing industry.

CONTROL

All SOFIRA products are tested and controlled in our specialised laboratories to ensure a consistent quality and that they correspond exactly to your demands.

TRAINING

Technologists, demonstrators and bakers are stepped in the pure traditions of the bakery to obtain the highest SOFRIA quality. Should you wish to create a new type of product, we can help you to define the best recipes from our specially created mixes.
